The Marlborough Junior Woman’s Club is sponsoring a writing contest to honor teachers for National Teacher Appreciation Day on May 6th. This contest is open to all students in the Advanced Math and Science Academy Charter School, Hudson Public School District, Immaculate Conception Schools, and Marlborough Public School District.
Our Armed Forces have made and continue to make enormous sacrifices on behalf of our country every day, often in very dangerous and demanding conditions. That is why it is so important that our Servicemen and women – past and present – know that they can rely on excellent public support.

Join us for our 10th annual Trivia Night! GFWC Marlborough Junior Woman’s Club is committed to providing service and help to those in need in our communities. Your support of Trivia Night will help us in this mission.

You will eat, and drink, and help us raise money for those in need in our community! You may be the prom king, or queen! You will have a great time!

The good news is you don’t have to choose between volunteering at Second Saturday and volunteering at the Convoy of Hope on Saturday October 12th! ALL the Second Saturday jobs will involve serving at the Convoy of Hope in Stevens Park, Marlborough.
Although this event is organized by faith-based groups, dozens of human services groups will be there with the goal of providing support to people who could use a helping hand, whether due to poverty or other needs. Attendees will be treated to lunch, receive free haircuts, bags of groceries,
Join us for a little early holiday shopping as we are hosting a vendor night on October 17, 2013, 7 – 9 PM at the Marlborough Country Club. At the event you’ll find 10 – 12 vendors such as; Mary Kay, Lia Sophia, Tupperware, 31, Usborn Books, Pampered Chief, Heaven Scent Soap. There will be a representative from each vendor for one of their products.

From our Salvation Army contact: We have an exciting program we are rolling out in the Marlborough and Gardner areas called “Flags for Our Forces” a fundraising program designed to specifically address the economic needs of the US Military (Veterans and families of deployed soldiers). Our goal is to raise money to help with rent, utility bills, food, clothing and other basic necessities of life. We recognize we cannot solve all of the issues, but we do know together we can help.
